No cheat days here!! Only cheating I do is I may get wheat bread instead of lettuce wrap then I feel so guilty and tell myself well I cheated today so I can't do that again tomorrow)

Thank you all so much!! I typically drink 60-80 oz of water during the day depending on my activity level but it seems I match that at night when I start winding down. I'll try and double up water during the day so not having to use the restroom so much at night

I assure you I would never do anything to harm myself! I am trying to get healthy not starve myself. Again I will say that I do not care if I lose 5 pounds or 10 pounds in 3 months. Congrats!!! Actually my husband does mma and lost 100 pounds in 7 months by just that and eating right. I know what our bodies can do and know it is possible. I also know it will not be easy. I'm blessed with someone harder on me than I am myself but sometimes he can be too hard on me. Lol

Have you even read any of my posts? Or just the first one.
