No please dont mistaken my frustration for unhappiness!!!! Im extremely proud of myself!! I feel as if ive lost weight in a healthy time frame. I just want to up my goal. I have 50 pounds left to lose and want to take my weight loss from 5-7 pounds a month to 10-15.

Have you heard of vshred? Vince explains carb cycling to help activate fat loss with hiit I do know a lot of people use carb cycling to overcome plateus. I just want to find something to boost the fat loss while gaining muscle at home. Then finding an effective way to maintain a healthy diet while not feeling hungry.

Exercise is good for releasing the feel good hormones. Ive struggled with anxiety and depression extremely bad and when i do even a 15 minute workout i feel a lot better.

Hi ladies!!!! My start weight was 245. Im currently 210 Short term goal is to lose 15 pounds in the next 30 days! Long term is to reach goal weight of 150! Im on a mission! I started september 22nd. Its been a slow but rewarding process :)

Okay! So I've been likely undereating. I'll try and get the rest of the calories I'm missing from protein. It seems as if its where im lacking the most right now which seems insane to me haha.

Thank you I really needed to hear this! I think I've became obsessive. my mom made the statement "your becoming a calorie monster" which is true I won't even look at something unless I can see the calories. I think I've been doing okay! I've been staying at 1200ish calories a day and feel amazing!! Mfp goal is 1330.

So far I've been making it work but I didn't realize I was under eating.. According to mfp I should eat 1330 calories a day. I always try to stay under some days I'm right at 1200-1300 but most days in at 1100 and I feel like a snack after dinner is a bad idea so I just stay at the amount I have after dinner.
