I just sprinkle a bit of the dry jello on the cottage cheese & yogurt mixture. You have got to try it. It's so good and makes such a sweet treat that's so good for you.

My favorite high protein snack is when I mix low-fat cottage cheese with plain Greek yogurt and a bit of lime or strawberry sugar-free jello. My favorite carb/fat snack is a chocolate rice cake with a bit of Nuts 'n More or natural peanut butter on top.
