I got my hair done and it made me feel great. I had let myself go for several months. Once I had my hair done, I was inspired to dress nicer for work, do makeup and that led to me getting back on track. It sounds silly but it worked.

If you follow the mfp suggestion for daily calories, drink water and measure correctly you will lose weight. Make sure you refresh your starting weight and activity level on the goals calculator. Your body may be totally used to that exercise routine. It is all abut the calorie deficit.

You probably have visceral fat to burn first. This is the fat that is dangerous belly fat that surrounds your organs and pushes out your belly. Once the visceral fat is gone you subcutaneous fat will go. Then you will see your body lose inches.
