I can totally relate. I have been dieting and exercising for about 8 weeks as well. The first three weeks, I lost 4lbs. Continued to work out at least 5 days a week and by week 5 my scales were back up by 2lbs and they will not budge up or down. Even before getting better with my diet, I was still exercising 5 days a week…

Traveling for work is my culprit as well as feeding my family. It makes it hard but I have got to get motivated . . Any ideas???

I feel you. I too, have that same struggle. I used to blame on being 50 and a metabolism that's gone on vacation. You find something that works let me know
