  • I have read about this but i'm a bit weird about checking both apps and monitor them throughout the day (more than I should!) and MFP has always been reflective of my fitbit app. I suppose it's not the end of the world, just strange really

  • Yeah i've tried that but it just sends me to the FAQs. On there there's an option to contact but it's not really contacting them, you just type a question and it sees if it has articles relating to that. I've only had this phone 1 day and already wanting my iphone back!
  • Also, I've seen a few posts on here saying to contact MFP directly, but how do I do that?!

  • Ah right, i'll have a look, thank you. Not sure why it's changed settings just from changing phones. It's always synced up normally before. Usually the exercise from my fitbit transfers straight onto MFP. Thanks! I have 'lightly active' set too but that's always been the case. Just trying to find what setting has changed…
  • Yeah cutting back my calories - maybe too much some days and I work out 3 times a week usually. I probably don't drink enough water - I try but just end up visiting the loo so much! My colleagues think I have a problem haha

  • I keep reading that sugar is calculated as 15% of total calories but that would allow me 253g of sugar! (1690cal allowance) My sugar allowance seems to be 66g which is 3.9% of my calories. Unless I'm working it out very wrong (very possible)
