  • Hey there! I’m about 5’1 (maybe even 5’0) and I’ve gone from 152 to 127 since October (even taking nearly all of December off)! Most of this is due to eating keto and trying to exercise more, and lately I’ve implemented intermittent fasting. It is hard but it is definitely worth the work!

  • I started keto in October and have lost 23 pounds so far. I took almost the whole month of December off and managed not to gain a bit! My New Year’s resolution is to get back on the keto train for the long run and lose more weight.

  • My goal is around 1000 calories a day but most of the time I end up with about 600. I am ketogenic which makes it very difficult for me to eat as much as I should due to being full all the time. That being said, it is working. In October, I was at 152. Yesterday I weighed in at 129.5, even after all the holiday cheat meals!
