Happy Sunday, everyone!
Stuck again. Seems these days I am more stuck than unstuck. I am tweaking my eating a bit to try to get moving again.
In this cold weather I am not as active either and that certainly makes a difference. Luckily, spring comes early in Georgia, so hopefully I will be outside doing yard work, going camping, fishing and kayaking soon.
I am also approaching the weight I got stuck at last time around. 18 years ago I lost 52 lbs and kept most of it off for 13 years. I got stuck at 202. I flirted a time or two with 195, then popped up again to 202 and was never able to go lower.
Seems my body likes this number. I don't. I am sure there is a psychological component to breaking this barrier, but it feels like there is a physiological one too. I guess we shall see if I can conquer it this time.
Daily weight today was 206 after bouncing around the 207s all week. Maybe next week will show a loss.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

Is it alright if I join a bit late? I know it’s a bit silly to think I’ll accomplish anything in a short amount of time but this challenge might be what I need to really kick me in the butt and get those last few pounds down! This past week was a crappy week for me emotionally but I am super proud of myself for sticking with my plan to track all my food (even the chocolate) and add in more activity. I exercised EVERY DAY last week! I have discovered a new exercise that is working for me. I love to read in the evenings and now I am doing it on my stationary bike while I pedal! My ipad fits between my handlebars and I pedal and read! Also, tracking my food and exercise motivates me to pedal if I am going to go over my daily calories.

I was feeling a little bummed that my weight actually went up this week, but when I weighed in this morning, I was down again! I have also lost 3.8 inches on my body this month! So, remodeling at the same time as I am gradually losing.3 -
