I’m in :) I’m working my way down. Trying to stick to two glasses all day. I was at four :/

I have an air popper. That way we can make it how we want it each time. I buy those popcorn flavor powders for the kids. It will last a few days in baggies, if you want.

As a verb, in common use, it is not meant that way. To be offended by only what I said is assuming a lot more context. I did not mean it as a trivialization of the associated eating disorder, and was happy to clarify. http://www.dictionary.com/browse/binge

When I was in the army, we ran a lot. Like, 4 miles a day was standard, but we’d often do six or more. It was just one of those divisions. We did some muscle failure and weights, but not much. You’d think we’d have all been supper skinny from all of the running, but it’s like we were all just used to it. The guys would…

This is probably so gross to most people, but I carry around a couple of those baby food pouch things in my purse. They are mostly like an exotic apple sauce (the fig/kale/apple one is awesome), or a low sugar yogurt w some grains. Very low calories and convenient. I also like the little meat sticks. Just 100 calories in a…

Do your bed rest, and heal, or it will be harder in the long run.

An under appreciated soup is split pea. I simmer them and a little pearl barley with french herbs, til tender, and then add a can of low sodium cream of mushroom. It’s my son’s favorite.

That sounds like an awesome soup. I also do a lot of volume eating. I love to add chopped kale leaves and some red pepper flakes. Oh, and if you’ve never tried chayote, go ahead and buy one. It’s a Mexican squash like fruit that is amazing in soups. If you want to add more protein to a soup, especially if you have other…

Craisins, walnut bits, blue cheese crumbles, apples and strawberries if you like. and basaltic vinaigrette. With those little heads of lettuce that come in the four pack. They look like baby red leaf, green leaf.. Romain with salmon, cucumbers, avocado, chickpeas and caesar, or ranch Spinach or Romain with red onions,…

That’s normal. It’s feminine and pretty.
-
Thanks. I honestly forget that it’s not a normal job. It gets so mundane for us.
-
No. I thought ab that. It’s not the same. I guess you can’t imagine how it feel to have stripper coworkers who could be your daughter. It’s pretty weird. . Besides, I’m not ashamed of my job. I’m just old!
-
It wasn’t. . You are exaggerating, and I’ve already corrected myself. There’s a such thing as an “offended troll”.
-
Fair enough. “Over indulging”. No offense to meant in that regard.
-
Maybe, try not being personally offended by absolutely everything.
-
Well, maybe not for a big guy. I can see that. But a 1500 calorie burger is pretty intense for one meal. It’s an entire day worth of calories for me.

You have a very strange definition of following context.

In the fall, I make a huge pot of French onion soup base. Basically, about 10 lbs of onions sliced and simmered for a long time with a little sugar, salt, and 3 tsp dried thyme. Simmer till carmelized Then add ab 1-1 1/2 c dry sherry and let it cook off some. I freeze in ice cube trays and store in a baggies. A couple…

I’m a stripper and one of the other dancers at work was talking about her mom, who is one year older than me. :/

I don’t get up that early now, but I have in the past, and I’m still a first thing in the morning person. I always set out my entire outfit next to the bed, have my gym bag ready, and set things up for coffe first thing in the morning. If I had to, I’d put a little coffee pot right next to the bed. When I lived somewhere…

A burger that size is not indulging, it’s binging. The first thing I do when I order a huge burger at a restaurant is cut off a third, and hand my boyfriend the other two thirds. If no one is there to share, I still cut it in half. Better in the garbage than on my thighs. Big Macs aren’t quite so huge, but I haven’t even…

Yep. I first tried these cookie things after seeing them here, and I like them. Who cares ab their protein, or how much protein she feels she needs!? Ridiculous.
-
I’m off work, and didn’t go to the gym, so it’s low cal volume day (except wine) Breakfast: 1/4 cup oats, coffee and creamer Lunch: an acorn squash steamed, and a steamed artichoke. Snack: wine :) Dinner: prolly a bag of steamed snap peas, and some avocado mashed w broccoli slaw. Some tuna if I want it. I do higher protein…

Don’t you have a mini fridge? Stock some healthy snacks, some low cal “just add water” soups and snacks, and get an air popper.

I have read that it reduces inflammation. It’s very good in warm milk for a sore throat. I usually have it in a mango smoothie with some black pepper. I try to get a variety of spices, so I’ll give something like that a shot, but I keep making it bc it’s very good.
-
I might try it. Maybe I’ll get a burger that looks like that too

Pears are one of the higher fiber fruits, and they are available now. There are some recipes for cooking them into stuff. I throw them into a whole juice w some celery and blueberries.

You need to get serious about tracking your calories and fess up to every bite, and every binge. It’s completely within your means. If you are doing this halfway, you are just going to keep hurting your confidence in yourself. Open your diary, and get some accountability friends.

I use a French press bc it’s use me, but before I got it, i had a plain small, inexpensive coffee pot. I liked it bc it makes a pot fast, and you can just make a fresh pot in a few mins if you need more.

It doesn’t matter calorie wise, but depending on what you eat, it could affect how you sleep, or how you feel the next day. I actually opt for some higher calorie snacks late at night bc I come home late, and usually have extra calories, but I don’t like to go to bed after eating a lot.
