Thank you, I'm in. I work full time and I am a super busy and overwhelmed mom of a 3 year old, second grader and 15 year old. Walking is my me time and I hope to get in at least 30 minutes 3 times a week starting today.

Thank you for confirming this. I am cranky without carbs or on a low carb diet. I also am still losing while eating carbs in moderation. Yay!!

Curried lentils on smashed sweet potatoes, yummm. You can do the same with dried red or black beans also.
