  • Just keep creating a deficit, but make sure you eat enough, and it will work. Time and patience is the key.

  • I use the recipe builder, you can change your portion size when you log it.
  • I eat my own weight in strawberries while they're in season lol, for breakfast I pour yoghurt over them and add a little cereal on top (white chocolate coco pops are great for this), and I have them for desert with 10 cal jelly and light squirty cream.
