I'm following a programme at the moment and this is what it calculated for me to "gain". However, I've introduced some HIIT training so am burning more calories than normal. I will keep an eye on my weight for sure. My stomach is such a problem area as my gain goes straight there and I know to lose you have to be in a…

If someone would be happy to take a look at my macros and give me some pointers, I'd be very grateful.

Hi! I just want to make sure the exercises I do for my upper and lower sessions are the right ones and I don’t put the wrong exercises together (like squat same day as deadlift). Im still relatively new to all of this. If you have any tips that would be greatly appreciated. I just want to grow! Lol x

Hey! I’ve been doing a 3 day full body but wanting to hit the gym more so feel an upper/lower would work better. What does your program look like if you don’t mind sharing? X

I'm 5ft7 so my BMI is low (19). I've been underweight practically all my life, but healthy (had 2 babies, eat well, etc) so it must be my genetics. I think this is going to be a long process for me but I will persevere. I have my measurements being taken by my PT today so fingers crossed there will have been some growth!

I only weigh 122lb and am averaging around 100g protein. I have a fat layer around my stomach! Definitely no abs in sight 😂 I just don’t understand why the scales aren’t changing as I’m trying hard.

Thanks everyone for your replies. It seems to be on the "heavy" lifts when I'm getting the pain - deadlifts, pull-ups, squats. So I'm gonna to try take it easy as my PT is pushing me harder than I would do on my own. It happened again last week, intense pain on one side of my head when into my final rep of deadlift and had…

I'm drinking approx 1 litre before training (I barely used to drink anything so this is a big improvement for me). I don't take a preworkout, is there anything you'd suggest? I've been having apple/banana with peanut butter approx 1 hour before.
