Do you think it's important to eat "certain" foods pre/post workout?
Just wondered what people thought about this? I've heard mixed feelings. Some people say it doesn't matter what you eat when as long as you're cutting your calories and macros in. Others have said you should eat certain foods - high protein pre workout, carbs post workout. What do you think?

Can someone explain "active calories" and whether this means I need to eat more
I'm eating 2,000 calories a day. However, I'm following a HIIT/strength program at the minute to try get rid of the belly fat but tone up. Anyone suffer from ridiculous bloating?
I’ve had various tests and told it’s probably IBS. No matter what I eat I get so bloated at the end of the day. Right from the top of my rib cage to my lower stomach. I look about 4 months pregnant! Anyone else suffer and know what’s causing it? Just waiting to see a dietician to see what I may have to eliminate 😩

Lisa Fit Strong program
Hey! Just wondered if anyone was doing this? I’ve just downloaded it and it consists of 5 days per week training - 3 x lower and 2 x upper. Increase of weights and decrease of reps for most exercises. However there are no RDLs for lower - aren’t these a key compound exercise?
