Find healthier alternatives. For example, fruit instead of candy, sparkling water instead of soda, baked food instead of fried food. Small changes combined make a big difference in the long run. It helps me to have a cheat meal 2 times a week to stay on track. Not cheat days but meals. Best of luck.

Ive been training for a fee years consistently as my squat weight has increased I've also noticed some aches and pains around the knees. My form is really good and I stay away from static stretching. What would you say is the best way to deal with something like that, Rest? Lower weight? Supplements?
