Cheat days.
I cheated today. Ive been consistent for 3 weeks. I will not dwell on this day, life goes on. Right back to the grind tomorrow morning. God bless all, good night peeps.

Aches and pains!
So have I have been training hard and heavy consistantly for a year. My squat weight started to go up. My form is really good. How can I diminish some of the aches? Rest? Lighter weight? Supplements?

So trying to eat clean. Tried Vegan, Keto, Vegetarian but not for me. I am keeping it simple and eating clean. I've noticed I F'up most when I am out with friends/family. What are your goals? Who am I talking to? Does this even help?
