;). Still on track tho, body recompisition takes a lot of time and effort, I forget that sometimes. What helps you stay motivated for long periods of time?

    It changes. Upcoming competitions/vacations/events help motivate. Sometimes I'm not motivated at all, and keep at it anyway out of habit.

    Creating habits. Now I don't think about weighing my food and logging it, I just do it. Same with exercise. Motivation is not necessary anymore.
