Slowly with it lol. It must be a downer as a woman to lose the cup size. I suggest getting the muscle mass higher so that the areas such as your stubborn areas are toned even if the fat content is a bit higher, at least the cups will still be there.

Prepare your meals the night before. You don't necessarily have to prep meals, just make a pot of rice, cook some veggies and some kind of protein. I feel I stay pretty consistent when all I have to do is put meals together from food that is already cooked. You can always stop at a gas station to use a microwave. Clients…

You might have gained some muscle. I believe you can gain muscle at a slight deficit. Keep at it! Weight is just a number. What matters is how you look in the mirror. Thats my take on it. Good luck!
