What's hard? I have not idea what eating clean means. And why on earth would you want it to be hard? I way prefer it to be easy and worth it.

What's your definition of eating clean?
In what way is it "worth it"?

Wash food. Eat it. That sounds easy.

No need to make it difficult man. Eat what you want in a deficit and still lose weight (assuming that's your goal). No need to "eat clean", whatever your definition of that may be.

Most commercially available food is processed in some way or another, and many processed foods can be healthful additions to a diet. Why cut out things like Greek yogurt, steel cut oats, baby carrots, frozen vegetables? What benefit does that provide?

Free range doesn't even mean anything, unfortunately. It definitely SHOULD, but it's basically a marketing term. Forgive my being a Debbie Downer. I was steamed when I found that out!

    Worth it for what reason?

It's not worth it, imo, nor is it necessary

Ditch the food labels (good vs bad), negative food associations etc.
