    Micros are important agreed. I love vegetables and I prefer not to eat fruit and save my carbs for ice cream or something more fun lol

    Food > supplements for nutrition. I'm with you on the fruits and veggies: Varied, colorful, and plenty of them.

    Others obviously control their own intake - we're all grown-ups on this bus - but the above is my personal preference.
