I think about whether I really want it and can fit it in my calories, but NOT how it will make me feel in an hour...will try this next time I am debating…

I just started adding friends on MFP too. Previously, I just used it as a calorie counter. But it's awesome to see your MFP friends achieving their goals on your home page. Hello, I am 29 and starting again. I am also looking to lose 20 pounds. Maybe we can help motivate each other? I am trying something new this time around. I haven't ever added friends on MFP. I usually just log in to track my food. Add me if you are still looking for friends on here.
