On September 19, I was 236.8lbs. On December 19, I was 202.9lbs. 34 pounds in three months, plus 5 inches off my waist. 5'11, 33 years old. Just doing yoga, elliptical, and the occasional cardio class like Step or Buti Yoga. Not on a diet other than paying attention to my CICO.

I do yoga and use the elliptical but mostly it's eating less and healthier that's getting me by. I started at 242 lbs in August and I'm now at 204, just past my halfway point to 170. I was and 233 and 215 in this photo.
