I have the same problem. I weigh myself multiple times a day, and if the number is higher than I like, it ruins my whole day! I don't want to get rid of mine because I find if I don't weigh at all, I overeat or binge. I just have to cut back on it. I hope you find a solution.

Adde if you like. I am 29, and also dealing with the same issues. Trying to lose baby weight from having my daughter two years ago, but in a healthy way. It can be hard to stay on track so would appreciate any support

For me, it is very much related to anxiety. When I get anxious, I tend to b/p. Afterwards, I feel terrible and worry about weight gain, and the cycle repeats.
