I have an Apple Watch and I synced to MFP. The amount of calories I burned at soccer today the negative calorie adjustment adjusted the exact same amount of calories. Then it looks like I didn’t exercise at all. It’s a bit confusing. Could you explain it for me please?

Hi there! I am from North Carolina and I am trying to get back on track after a knee injury. My healing process took longer than expected and of course I gained a few pounds during recovery. I hope to find some friends to be accountable to and motivate each other on MFP!

I'm coming off of a knee injury but getting better each day! Just back to being able to walk 2 miles per day and playing a little indoor soccer again. My eating fell off track after my injury and my 5'3 frame didn't handle it very well. I've finally got my mind set and am ready to get back on track. Let's do this!!
