Everyone will say “eat more” etc but if you are like me who can’t physically consume any more than humanly possible then I suggest protein shakes but do be aware you don’t need to consume tons of the stuff.

Don't bother. Just do crunches or get access to a hang bar and do knee raises.

Same here. But I buy easy to prepare foods, sometimes precooked stuff so I can just heat up easily.

Its not always about how long you spend doing the excercises/going the gym etc. But about how intensively you work your muscles.

Just adding my 2 cents.. You don't need creatine or any other supplements to achieve what you're looking for. Have you ever tried training your arm muscle groups to failure? But do 2 arm excercises rather than by volume, do it by time. So instead of 3 sets of 10 bicep curls for example, do 1 minute of tricep curls BUT use…

What about fish? Tuna or mackerel from tins is what I usually use. Or just a few eggs, any way you like it.

I think it could be water gain. But like others have said, you will gain muscle AND fat when you train/ lift in combination with a good diet.

I have the same problem too. Finding it hard to gain weight. But then I'm also an inconsistent eater.
