  • I like to mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds in 1/2 coconut milk, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla then refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Then I add stevia to sweeten it. It's good cold or warmed up. You can use almond milk or heavy whipping cream if you prefer. Low carb, delicious and filling.
