i have a free app called mealime i believe and it gives your the options of all different ways of eating from a-z. my family and i tried a low carb meal last night was delicious. serves 5
black pepper/salt chicken (i used breast because i dont like chicken on the bone, but it calls for wings) & avacado, cucumber, tomato Salad
For salad: in a large bowl
1 English cucumber peeled and medium diced
2 Avacado med diced
1pint grape tomotoes
1 med red onion
3 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
salt to taste
for chicken: 2 parts
4tsp black pepper
3tsp salt
2 pounds chicken (again calls for wings but i dont eat chicken on the bones so i used skinless breast)
mix in a bowl covering chicken with salt and pepper.
place on a cooking sheet bake in oven 10minutes (i did at 450 degrees)
turn and bake another 10minutes
2nd part in a bowl topping for chicken
2tbsp tosted sesame oil
2 medium bunches of green onion
4 minced cloves of garlic
once the chicken is cooked top with this mixture ( i put it in a large bowl and mixed it together instead of top)
when we served it we served as 1/2 cup of chicken per person (4 of us)
1 cup of the cucmber salad. and we were all happy with that serving amount3 -

We enjoy boneless skinless chicken breast tenders wrapped in turkey bacon and baked. Right before they come out of the oven, sprinkle your favorite shredded cheese on top! All protein and low calorie as well.2

I like to mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds in 1/2 coconut milk, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla then refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Then I add stevia to sweeten it. It's good cold or warmed up. You can use almond milk or heavy whipping cream if you prefer. Low carb, delicious and filling.1
