Feel free to add me and keep up. I'll like your posts and say something nice! Slow and steady must win the race with weight loss. I started tracking weight about a month ago. My wife and I started with a keto diet for two weeks. This led to a serious plateau for her and a somewhat less serious loss pause for me. Now we are…

Bacon Chapatis for breakfast this morning! https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/24638407/ It's very tasty with coriander and chutney. One chapati (and three cups of coffee...) can keep me going until lunchtime. 226 calories!

I don't imagine this will be a great example a Dad bod. However, with six kids I definitely qualify for the Dad part..

Hi! Am I in the middle-aged group? Shocking! I still feel young at 39... I'm more than a month into MFP and feel quite a bit better than I did a month ago. Hmmm... this one is tricky for me to answer because I have conflicting thoughts. On the one hand, I think your desire to see your husband exercise more is a good thing. If he has already started by himself, then great. On the other hand, I think you're wrong about khakis! I love 'em! They are not too hot to wear and often…

That's great!

Great effort! One of the things that inspires me about a lot of people here - LIKE YOU - is the sustained effort it takes to get to the goal. I want to achieve this myself and struggle with the sustained commitment so many of you show. I'll get there though! One day at a time!

I'm happy to have new friends. My diary is open and I try to comment rather than just like stuff. Add me!

I'm doing this right now. I take three pictures every morning. Then I put them together in a collage using fotor. The whole process takes about five minutes from start (no photos) to finished collage. I use a little cheap tripod and stand in pretty much the same place each time. It already helps me, twenty-five days in, to…

Thanks! Other than the scale, how do you measure our see change? My belt is a little looser...

I'm hoping to log in daily and lose some fat and return to exercising regularly. Add me if you like to encourage people or want someone to encourage you. :)
