I have a water bottle at home that holds 750ml. I sip that through the day. I also like hot drinks but limit to 3 a day. Still training myself to drink more water.

I have peanut butter on rice cakes. Less calories and takes longer to eat because it's dry as hell.

I was going to cook turkey mince chilli tonight. I cook every day but some reason EVERYTHING went wrong in the kitchen. We ended up with a rare occasional take away. But it was nice!

I have the same issue, I only see steps on mfp. To see calories burned from workout I look at my fitbit app and then manually log the excersise calories into mfp.
