Love this. I used to be in the gym nearly every day so I live in the shower lol, rewards were something like updating fluffy bath towels, shower mats and nice moisturisers and smell nice stuff. New trainers, new leggings (all the time) and last week new hair colour. ππ

I miss my gym, I was a 5 days a week person while my kids were at school. Adjusting has been hard as I don't have the motivation at home I have apps on my phone and my own gym in the garage, I've accumulated plenty of work out equipment over the years, so I have no excuse not to excersise. It sucks though. So far todayβ¦

I jog outside and spend a lot of time jumping on our garden trampoline to stay active. I have workouts I can do, but just don't want to do them half the time. I have my own gym in the garage... which is like extra isolation, on top of isolation of being indoors π

I eat about 2300

Hi, I'm here if anyone would like to add me. Motivation and virtual ((hugs)) lol.

Definitely social distancing here... If I jog around pathments and see a couple walking towards me I cross over to other side of road. Dog walkers either move to the side of path or I avoid completely and run on the grass to give plenty of space. Very quiet in my local area and no children to be seen anywhere. π

It has absolutely broken my heart watching the news regarding Italy. Please stay safe, and do what you need to do. I am thinking of you daily, I'm in the UK.

I haven't been to my gym in 6 days... This is really hard for me as I've been going regularly for years. It feels like a month already π

Free workouts https://watch.lesmillsondemand.com/at-home-workouts This is what I'm doing in my home gym!

This was me 4 years ago. I have a history of anxiety and depression. The thought of going to a gym terrified me, but one day once the kids had started full time school I just signed up and walked in on my own. (Daunting, it was really hard to do that) I spent 6 months hiding on an elliptical trainer in a quiet area until Iβ¦

I have fitbit charge hr 2, its the same with step logging only. I have to copy data from fitbit and manually type excercise into mfp if you want your workouts to show up. Another way, providing your goals are matching on both apps, calories will sync by the end of the day.

I have narrow hips, 33" I'll never have perfect stats, I'm not built that way!
-
My first thought was the same as apullum already said. I've been running for years and noticed when I'm about to get a virus or cold it really takes my energy. Also keep an eye on hydration.

Swinging on the top of stair rail doing leg raises. Been doing that every day for 20 years. Abs of steal π
-
I'm 5'3.5 and about 105lbs. I'm similar stats but have been doing excersise with weight for about 3 years. My BF has dropped from 25 to 19. Tracking food on mfp, eating healthy about 80% of the time π and running twice a week

I've been logging chicken breast fillets for a while. It barcodes at 6.8g protein per ounce.

This is just a small change but I'm trying to not have coffee at least 3 hrs before bedtime and not mess with my phone before bedtime. Drinking water with lemon to help calm me. This is to improve sleep because my mind does not shut off easily and I also tend to wake up in the night. Cutting out these things has helped andβ¦

To run 5k in 25 minutes

I get fat in the summer, school holidays cannot get to the gym, trips away, eating out, going on holiday, unprepared camping trips eating cheese toasties. Barbecue season, garden parties... You get the picture. I'm thin again for the other 11 months though.
-
Im annoyed with my Aria scale, for a small change in weight the Aria can dramatically change BF% by 1% for every lb. Surely that can't be right.

Thanks π I looked into my activity this week, it was 2hrs every day. No wonder I'm tired! Plus I'm on my feet all day. Meal prep takes time too, I've found that quick releasing energy in the mornings works best for me such as a banana. (coffee is a must too) Other things like wholemeal toast or porridge just don't help.

I love mine!

I've been wearing mine for 3 years, I would never want any other brand. π

I Have gone alcohol free for 3 months in the past, I was a weekend drinker. I noticed within a week that 1. My 5k runs got faster by one minute 2. By eating at maintenance without alcohol my body fat dropped slightly by end of the 3 months.

Don't worry about the numbers, I get water fluctuations with stomach bugs and stuff like that.

I think I'm the only person in the world that does not like donuts. That cold gooey texture with icing on top, just urghh! yuk!
-
I have fitbit and have synching problems all the time. Right now mfp and fitbit are talking to each other but it's the actual fitbit app I get issues with constantly. What works for me is unpairing and then reconnecting with pc as I don't have much look with the phone version.

I know it's hard to fit a healthy eating/excersise lifestyle in when you're a full time mommy. I have 3 under 10 and just joined a gym as soon as the twins were in full time school. Yeah summer holidays got me too, up 7 lbs. :( just kept with it for 3 years and log everything, even the bad days!

I appreciate all of your answers thank you so much. I'm doing another park run this weekend, still getting used to a steady pace and improving. I was rubbish last week! But now I know what to look for xx
