Morning workout, what do you do after?
Hi I do an 1-1.5hrs in the gym most mornings. Body weight excersises HIIT or strength training but I get very tired after and could quite easily go to sleep! but I don't. I pick myself up eventually and carry on with my day lol. So what's your routine after excersise?

How fast are you running?
Just wondering, how do you know what pace you are going at when jogging/running? I see stuff like 5 MPH 12min mile and I thought how do you know! Guess when logging on MFP or using a tracking watch maybe?

I'm having problems synching my divice with fitbit app on my phone. I've googled it and have read so many people's own fitbit faults and answers.
