Fitbit HR question

I'm having problems synching my divice with fitbit app on my phone. I've googled it and have read so many people's own fitbit faults and answers. I've tried resetting fitbit but the only thing that works for me is by selecting forget divice and then repairing it, which allows it to work again for a few days. Just wondered if anyone here is having the same issue I'm having.

Also this is my 2nd fitbit HR that's 6 months old. My first one got the bar of death and the manufacturer kindly sent me the one I have now for free.
