This may be a little weird, but I workout at home, and stopped listening to music as much. Mostly I put on martial art movies. They seem to get me pumped up.

I would add a little protien. About 1 gram per pound of body fat. The carb, fat swap thing is wrong. Yours look good, swap some carbs for protien. Fat cant fuel muscles for weight training very well. You need carbs for that. When I cut I do 40%carb 40%protein 20%fat

I find it fun to free style the first couple meals, then figure out how to squeeze my macros and micros into the last 600ish calories

I need that. I'm down 36 since last year. Almost at my goal weight, but I want to keep improving. I calorie/macro/ and micro watch. Along with resistance training and some sports for HIIT. I definetly want more friends to keep me on my toes
