For my purposes, carbs and fat are generally interchangeable. But I lean towards carbs for energized workouts. I also eat more protein then neccesarily, but it's the most satiating for me. Generally 35% carb 25% fat and 40% protein. I'm 5'8 155lbs. Started at 197lbs 5 months ago.

I dont relate to people that get stressed about things out of their control...I really dont understand stress in that context, like worrying.. it's a problem, you think it through or you cant fix it and deal... I get it's a real thing, but its beyond me.

Mind if I ask what kind of rep range you are working out in?..I used to have a similar issue, but since I cut down to a 4-8 rep range, and not going to total failure, just technical failure, I find my lifting session shorter, more enjoyable and I've seen better gains. Heavy, low reps worked for me. Soon as I can do 8β¦
