Ok, finally i'm down to my target.. So,,
What did you all do once you reached your target weight as a reward

    Idk, I’ve never actually reached my target Bc once I get close to one target then I’ll move it up and reach for something higher. Ig it’s a way to keep me going lol

    I bought myself new clothes and some home gym equipment.. it inspired me to reach further

    Buy something for yourself you typically wouldn't...then set a new goal and get back to work! 💪🏼

    For a reward I bought bikinis when I reached my target weight although it still took some time to feel completely confident in them B)

    As far as fitness, I became a runner to maximize my calorie burn in the least amount of time and I fell in love with it... now trail running is my passion! :)

    Some new clothes, but mostly the results (improved health and functional fitness) were the rewards.

    I usually run bulk cycles after reaching goal to gain weight and put on muscle
