I eat a lot of spinach, salad greens, tomatoes, avocados etc. so hopefully I'm getting good Vitamin C. I also take a multivitamin if that helps. I'm not sure though. I think it may have been sodium? I started cooking with pink salt a lot. I'm not sure exactly what was causing it, but I'm feeling a lot better.

Does Apple Music have the ability to type songs in and listen to them instantly, as well as build playlists, and radio stations built off of your listening choices? If so, I'd consider cancelling my Spotify account and switching.

Yeah, I'm just drinking the propel at random times through the day, not for pre or post workout. I'm using my pink salt for that! Yay! However, my pink salt is in a grinder. So 1/4 teaspoon grounded?

Yeah, I think each person is unique to how it effects them. I was advised by some to ease into cardio. I've started drinking the propel electrolyte water mix in my water. Is that what you're using also?

I am eating between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day. Usually though I stay around 1,230.

I've been on Keto for three weeks. The only issue I'm having, is that I am getting terrible headaches despite using pink salt, lemon water, pickle juice, spinach, and avocado. All those things are a daily part of my diet, yet I'm still suffering from headaches, that I did not have before starting Keto.
