Hey, you worked hard for those abs so by all means! If I had some of probably post them too. Lol. But the shirtless pic also seems to be a prerequisite for sending out pervy messages. (That and poor grammar/spelling)

I love this post. Makes me feel like I'm not alone. I was starting to think I was the only one on here who had serious binge problems. (Like, 2000+ calories in one sitting binges...)

I was hoping if I put the buzzwords in quotation marks it would prevent the torches and pitchforks from people demanding food equality. :p By "cheat or "unhealthy" I'm referring to empty calories and calorie dense foods high in artificial sweeteners or bad fats. Like some delicious fully loaded dominos or prepackaged…

A healthier alternative to an "unhealthy" treat. (Cauliflower pizza, protein cake, zucchini pasta, etc).

I do use the standard "20 calories per ounce". I'm an over producer so I pump the excess and give it to my toddler, keep a freezer stash, and donate to local mommas. :) It just feels like cheating to add all these burned calories when I don't feel like I'm working to burn them... Lol
-
That's why I only count pumped ones, then I know exactly how many ounces are going out. Whatever my son takes out I don't figure in.

My smaller bras fit!!! (Not your standard victory but large busted, breastfeeding mamas will understand lol)

20 calories per ounce (roughly). You definitely should NOT be dieting while breastfeeding. If you're hungry, eat. But make smart decisions and eat clean. Don't worry about limiting calories or else it will more than likely affect your milk supply. Eat clean and stay active. I'm in the breastfeeding boat as well. :)

My youngest is now 6 months and I can't keep blaming my fluffy tummy on him. (Especially since its really from Wal-Mart's mini donuts lol) Add me ladies. :)
