You can lose any amount of weight you want just by eating healthy and in a deficit. and walk out that damn door. It will benefit you. you will feel better once you’ve walked and burned off a few calories. Good luck !

I eat two scrambled eggs with spinach mixed in and a big smoothie with frozen fruit little bit of peanut butter greek yogurt and water(spinach if you want)
