Cannot seem to motivate myself to go out the door and walk a few blocks

    Start with eating in a deficit then.

    If you are finding it hard to motivate yourself trying stepping on the spot in your front room, it's a start

    You can lose any amount of weight you want just by eating healthy and in a deficit. and walk out that damn door. It will benefit you. you will feel better once you’ve walked and burned off a few calories. Good luck !
