I also have Hashimoto's. I lost 10kg last year but gained 4kg back as my Hashimoto's got worse. I would love to add you! We can do this!

Hello - I have Hashimoto's and have seen three endocrinologists in less than a year now. One prescribed an "AIP diet" but another dismissed it as useless. I should add that all three strongly advised me to limit all sugar, refined carbs and all processed food. I follow a vegan diet with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.…

There should be a calorie refund for food that doesn't taste as good as you imagined.

Hello! My bad habit was mindlessly eating in the evenings, after dinner, while watching Netflix (I don't have a TV but became a serious Netflix binge watcher). So when I realised I could only change old habits by creating new ones, I cancelled my Netflix subscription, started going to the gym after work and - and this is…

Number 7 made me laugh so much! I would like to add you. 🙂

Hello! I would like to add you - I lost weight but am sticking around here to not regain it. I'm vegan since I was a child (when I didn't worry about weight, just about animals). 🙂

I feel like that about peanut butter! Who on earth thinks a tablespoon is one serving?! Pffft! I would love some vegan friends here.

I had always been a fit and slim vegan until about two years ago when I moved countries five times within 18 months; I was stressed, lost my equilibrium, ate mindlessly and stopped exercising. Now I lost almost all of it but am sticking around here on MFP, hoping it will help me to not regain it. I can recommend some great…

Hello! I have been vegan since I was a child and while there is no guarantee that you will end up super skinny or fit simply by becoming vegan there are sooo many health benefits to it. If you like cooking and trying new food, you won't have any problems. I'd be happy to recommend some books or blogs, if useful?

Lots of changes going on! It's a great time to adopt new, healthy habits! Just to say, I moved for my job a year ago to Latin America and after a few months if mindless eating and no exercise I managed to get back into eating more mindfully and exercising most days; I lost a few extra kilos for my wedding (super easy) and…

Hey! You could add me. I have been here for just over two months with great success but I'm now looking to get fitter, focussing on shape rather than size. I would love some new friends to keep each other motivated.

Hey! You could add me. I'm getting closer to my goal weight and am now focussing on shape rather than size.

Bonjour! I had the exact same experience when I moved from Europe to South America. So much new food to try! I gained more than 10kg and now really want to get back in shape. I'm getting married in April and want to fit back into my tiiiiiny clothes from back home! Let's be MFP friends!

On vitamin B12, I just take a normal vitamin supplement. Pregnancy supplements also seem to have all the stuff you need. Actually, I'm not sure how useful supplements are in general - I went 20 years without and never noticed anything - but they probably don't hurt either.

Hello! You can add me. I'm a long-time vegan and foodie - the two are not mutually exclusive - and if you like cooking (or like the idea of trying it) then I can recommend some cook books and food blogs. Currently, I'm trying to lose 6kg or so before my wedding and therefore my food diary isn't very inspiring but once I…

Me too! I want to lose 10kg by April. I think it gets easier once you have set your eyes on a dress. Go girl! ☺

Hello from Mexico! I'm so glad I found this thread! I lived in five different countries over the past year, which made it hard to get into an exercise routine. I have a stressful job and little time to exercise but I want to lose about 10kg until my wedding in April. So I need a little bit of motivation (and a reminder to…
