Thanks man, I been training with a lot more focus lately and it feels good to be able to still actually GET to the gym. Even though it's hard to at times. Thank you brother

Wow thanks so much for sharing your story. You've given me something to think about. I just don't know if I can be that person who doesn't let feelings get back in the way if I ever did try n reach out. She has a lot of dramas with an eating disorder which you can imagine plays a big role in how her day goes/how she feels.…

Thanks for sharing, they say "you'll know when she's the one" and I feel like I keep fooling myself. Hopefully I'll feel that one day!

I guess that will have to wait until I'm all healed up then, it's like the only one I want to speak with is the one I really shouldn't speak with. I appreciate the honesty

“What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn’t think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know.” Arnold Schwarzenegger One of my favourites

Try to be consistent because I know once I saw the tiniest bit of progress I was so proud and much more motivated! Track as much as you can and if you're like me and you like to eat and watch tv, try to fit in some popcorn into your daily calories. I find I can eat it slowly and finish a whole bag in a movie time frame…

I am bad for this. Though I try to concentrate on the starving feeling and try to find comfort in knowing that the fat is burning away
