Welcome! In terms of exercise, treadmills and ellipticals were dead-ends for me. I had to be pushed into trying a boxing class and realized it was exactly what I was looking for! Maybe make a goal to try a new activity at least once each week (sport, class, machine, etc)?

Welcome! Good for you for finding an activity you're passionate about. For me, it was a boxing class at a local gym. I barely noticed how strong my cardio was getting because I was having so much fun! I did notice the pounds I was dropping on the scale each month though :)

Welcome! A liquid fast might work short-term, but also increases the risk you'll binge and gain it all back. Hope you can take the quick win and convert it to a healthier and more sustainable plan.
