The other baby era amazing thing, this post reminded me of, was prune pulp. Not juice, pulp! Its on the bottom shelf and pours out like used motor oil. If you need fiber, and your high protein diet is causing issues. Prune pulp. Was suggested to my wife during pregnancy, and its magical!
