Hi there! I eat Carnivore, which I guess is a more strict Keto. I feel better than I ever have eating this way. A lot of people ask about it being so restrictive, but I think the key is to change your mindset to be "This is what I can eat..." rather than, "I can't eat this, that, or this, or that...". That has really…

Hi all! I'm Mae, 5'8", 33 year-old female. I started Carnivore on January 21, 2024 at 167 lbs. I recorded my weight every day, and measurements every 2 weeks. For the simplicity of this post, I'll keep it to monthly updates, and then goals for May (even though we're at day 21). Weight January 21 - 167 lbs (Starting)…

True that to the body dysmorphia... When I was at my heaviest and slightly in the overweight BMI category (and for my wedding), I didn't think anything of it and thought I looked fine. Now that I've dropped close to 30 lbs and am in the middle of the "normal" BMI I feel like I'm overweight. It's the struggle with trying to…

I find it affects the inflammation in my body and I feel better when I remove them. I also had a food sensitivity test done a few years ago and found I was sensitive to them in the first place.

Thanks so much! I'm very happy with my results so far, and feel great. I live in the far north (Yukon, Canada), so I'm not wearing the bathing suit out in public - we're still in sweaters and pants and had snow yesterday lol. Thanks for the tips on the maintenance calories once I hit my goal. I'll definitely try that. I…

I'm 5'8" and 33yrs old. Starting weight was 167 and I'm now 140lbs. I was 123lbs back about 5 years ago, I'm only planning on trying to get to 130 or so as I know I feel my best around that weight. I carry more in my hips. I've taken measurements, and I've lost 13.5 inches overall, pretty evenly from all over (waist, hips,…

I've been on Carnivore since January 21. From 167lbs to 140lbs and 13.5 inches lost. To be honest, I haven't added in any formal exercise (I do have acreage, so I'm always busy), just the diet change.

I've noticed a lot of people telling me not to lose any more weight. I am not underweight and know I usually feel better with another 10 lbs off. But it's just weird that people either feel self-conscious or if they don't like me being smaller than I was, or if they've only known me while I was at my heaviest? I've come…

I'm Carnivore, so today was 4 pieces of sugar-free bacon, and 4 egg yolks pan-fried in butter. MMM so good.

I can see in my progress pictures, I had a pretty bad anterior pelvic tilt that was causing me some back pain. I've lost 27 lbs and have noticed that my pelvis has tilted back into a more regular/neutral position and I can tell it's made a big difference in how I walk, stand, and less pain.

I get rid of the clothes that I know I don't love or are worn right away. But I do keep a tote of my favourites and just hang onto them. I did the same when I was smaller and then gained weight and I'm thankful I did, as I now fit back into those smaller clothes.

I just started Carnivore 2 days ago after hearing how my brother and sister-in law have had great results with increased energy and decreased bloating that I had to give it a try. I feel really good so far and feel like I already have more energy that even my husband noticed. Usually I am very lethargic except for the one…

5'8", 147 lbs and usually size 8. I'm working to slim down in my hips and thighs, as currently I find that most pants that fit me in the hips are too lose in my waist. And also being slightly tall for a female, means I get a lot of short pants lol. Shopping for pants is not my favourite thing.
