I've been doing oats with frozen blueberries & whole milk. Either Purely Elizabeth Superfood Oats or Bobs Red Mill Scottish Oats. Coffee & cream alongside.1

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (thawed in microwave 32 secs)
- 1 frozen banana (thawed 32 secs)
- 1 scoop LeanFit organic vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop Douglas Labs Organic Greens and Reds

The new Goddess Wrap from Dunkin and a plain coffee, didn't properly plan this morning, however it is not too bad nutritionally just higher in sodium than id like overall very tasty though! stuffed with egg whites, feta, chicken, roasted tomatoes, and herbs.0

It's 8 am. I've been up a while. Still not hungry. But sausage and eggs sounds good for lunch, maybe brunch. Of course with coffee.1

170g Fage 2% Greek Yogurt, 92g very ripe strawberries chopped up and tossed in, splash of vanilla.2

2 omelette servings in pan, 1 serving 2 eggs, 1/2 c sweet potato cubed, 1/3c peas. Served with sour crean and coffee with 1/2scoop chocolate whey protein powder stirred in. Hearty country breakfast.

Finally back to morning rowing on the river again, after Winter hiatus.
That means breakfast was an Ezekiel pita with peanut butter, and a cup of nonfat plain kefir.

I'm Carnivore, so today was 4 pieces of sugar-free bacon, and 4 egg yolks pan-fried in butter. MMM so good.2
