    15 cherries, 4 oz of pineapple and 4 oz siggis 0% skyr(Icelandic version of yogurt) and 20 oz of coffee. Perfect not to heavy to keep me in check for the Wednesday morning hump day 10k run.

    5 Egg whites w/ 1 Tbps Ketchup, DKB's Thin Powerseed Bread w/ 1/2 tbsp Oliv Oil Earth Balance, 5g less sugar bon maman strawberry jam, a scoop of optifiber in water and a bottle of harmless harvest on the way to work. I'm cutting but this wasn't bad for breakfast
