I'll join the challenge for 100 km, and I'll divide cross country skiing kilometers by 2. December will be a challenge but isn't this a challenge? As a comment to earlier discussion, I love the term adult onset runner. Much nicer to be that than have adult onset diabetes. so far Dec 2 6.5 km Dec 3 6.5 km

I did 8 k today, but cannot update the sticker, I reached the goal 100 km but more importantly found the joy of running. This was a great challenge. I am very impressed with you guys doing 170 and even over 200 km per month. Congratulations!

So far according to sports tracker I have run 87 K and cross country skied 14,6 which I divide by 2, so I am at 94 K. My goal was 100 K for this month so I'll need to do 1 more run before Friday. Great achievement, 50 pounds! Swimming might be the best option with the pain in your hamstring. You could try if biking works too.
