THANKS girl im not quite doing OMAD, more a 4 hour eating window but its all the same to me, i just cant eat enough in one meal i can get down maybe 500 calories and im stuffed haha

weight 138.4 today. I decided to do a 4 hour eating window instead of one meal a day. At 3pm I have a fruit smoothie with some greens in it. Had a 4 hr eating window today, I think I am going to let myself have a 4 hour window 2 times a week. Interesting, I run first thing in the morning and I havent had any issues. I think if I tried to run right before breaking my fast or after eating I wouldnt be able to do it.

BTW cutting out carbs is the worst idea ever, the most inflammatory foods are actually highly acidic foods like meat, dairy, eggs which have a huge impact on the body. Sorry i dont mean to be pushy here or anything but plant foods have no inflammatory effects on the body like potatoes, vegetables, nuts, fruits, etc.

Hey girl if you are dealing with inflammation you should check out a whole foods plant based diet, it helps TREMENDOUSLY, i suggest watching the documentary "What the Health" on netflix, its amazing :)

Today was pretty easy, i waited until 4pm to have my meal but kind of had an eating window of 4-7 Weight today was 139.4 - ugh but had about 1400 calories today. Walked 10k steps and kept busy all day. Ill see how tomorrow goes. Thank you to all the friendly peeps who have said hello so far! So glad to be here :)
