I've lost over 100 pounds and without going to the gym at all!! Nutrition is KEY to weight loss and maintaining it! As far as workouts go, youtube has a TON of free workout videos! Fitness blender has a lot of workouts and a good amount made for beginners!

I'm female, 5ft 7, 167 pounds and have been eating about 1300 calories a day. I have been updating calorie targets with my weightless.

Another youtube that has some good beginner videos is Boho beautiful! They have some more advanced stuff but a few good beginner yoga flows are mixed in as well!

I usually try to have two fruits a main dish and a small side for about 320-370ish calories. For example, tomorrow I'm having a blood orange, strawberries, 2 healthy pancakes (with margarine and sugar free syrup), and 1/4 of a cup of egg beaters. This measures in at about 363 calories Hope this helps!
