Im 59, soon to be 60 and I have 154 lbs. to lose! Ive been at it for a couple of months and it is SO worth every minute I conquer! Im stronger and gaining good muscle and I quit smoking after 46 years (3 years ago) and Ive never felt better! Im with ya sister!!!!!

I love it! I get just as good a workout as I would doing a low impact tape but burn twice the calories! The greatest thing of all is its easy, COOL, and you can push yourself as much or as little as you feel up to. The key is keep moving and have fun!
