To maintain 45 minutes on my stationary arm bike. I've just recently increased the time from 30 minutes. The extra 15 minutes is really tough, but worth it in the long run.

My journey started January 2017 where I was another 10 pounds heavier than the before pictures I've posted. Initial starting weight 200-210. Current weight 130-140. You're likely not seeing progress because the cheat days is eliminating any calorie deficit you've achieved. Or, you aren't counting the calories correctly. To see sustainable loss, you must make a commitment and abide by it almost religiously.

After doing further research I've elected to use a protein shake. 130 calories per scoop.
